Two-year warranty

Binmotor products come with a two-year warranty. Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty guarantees that the product will not crack, tear, or bend out of shape when used normally and while retained in the original vehicle in which it was installed. Binmotor will provide warranty service on all Binmotor floor and cargo liner products that crack or tear due to manufacturer's defect. Nonconforming incidents include intentional damage, mold caused by wet carpeting, and damage caused by external forces, such as animals chewing the lining or damage to the lining while not installed on the vehicle.

 

Return policy

You may return products purchased within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at for a refund or exchange.(service@binmotor.com)

Before returning a product, you must contact us (service@binmotor.com) to obtain a return order number, return address information, and packaging instructions. Submissions or exchanges without a return order number will not be processed. We do not accept returns that arrive damaged at our facility due to improper or careless packaging or shipping by the customer.

We reserve the right to provide a full refund only if you return a new or unused product. If your returned item is damaged in transit from Binmotor to your location, we will happily replace the product or issue a full refund as long as we are notified within 48 hours of delivery.
